Here's how I'll be spending my week...cooking for my Korean father-in-law. Although I may change the order, the dinner menu is:
Friday: Korean-style beef stew
Saturday: Soon-doo-boo
Sunday: Kimchi stew
Monday: Kalbi
Tuesday: Oxtail soup
Wednesday: Tofu steaks, seaweed soup
Thursday: Mandoo soup
Friday: Fried rice
Saturday: Soon-doo-boo
I put my oldest on spring break since I wouldn't be able to attend to his schoolwork, but after this week, I think I'll need a spring break!
