For kindergarten this year we are fortunate to send my daughter to a private school. There she will have more time devoted to activities designed just for her than I could provide at home this year, given the age difference between her and my oldest son, whom I continue to homeschool. Her school day is a full day M-W-F, so I have plenty of concentrated time with my fourth grader and she can still enjoy full days at home T/Th. It's a good combination for this year. And, as an added bonus, my daughter gets to wear a uniform! I think uniforms send a fantastic message of belonging and propriety.
